2010 A Helping Hand for Haiti Fund Raiser Fashion Show Showcase
*PAYMENT Information for Designers ONLY:
Referred (Designers ONLY)
Per Our Agreement with all Designers there will be a non-refundable
$100.00 Booking (fee) to cover administration
costs to Booking Agent: High Intensity Productions LLC~
*Please have $100.00 Payment submitted on Casting Day to assure your participation in the 2010 A Helping Hand for Haiti Fund Raiser (Fashion Show)~
(This is non-refundable) if you drop out of the show for any reason you will not be given a refund.
Vendors
All Vendors must be there at 5:00 pm on (Saturday) to SET UP
(1 Hour before Event Start time)
All VENDORS need let US know ahead of time that you will be setting up a table at the event an approved before event date by Director or Co-director of the Fashion Show.
We are NOT CHARGING for this event for Vendors~
However we are asking for 20% of all total sales in good faith to go toward our
A Helping Hand for Haiti Fund Raiser
(which full payment) will be submitted to charity at fashion show at the close of the event in (CASH).
*If you are setting up booth just to "Promote" your "Services" but with
NO SALES then it will be a $25.00 "Table Set Up FEE".
2010 A Helping Hand for Haiti Fund Raiser
For those whom do not know what this fund raiser is for I will explain. This fund raiser is to raise money for an orphanage we have in Haiti that goes by the name of New Wave Orphanage.
This message is to let all the designers know when, where, what time, and what will be taking place at the

Everyone that will be part of this fashion show is doing it to support the cause.
We are not responsible for dry-cleaning, gas, or anything else that has to do with payment. Everyone that is part of the show is volunteering which we are very grateful for so thank you.
*We will be providing photos of models while walking down the runway with your designs.
HAIR AND MAKE-UP
Hair and Make up will be provided for the models before the show starts.
MUSIC
For music we need all songs that you the designers would like the models to walk to during the fashion show.
Please bring in either the CD that you would like your models to walk to or a paper with the songs that you would like to play while your models walk down the catwalk.
HANGERS AND ETC
The hangers and Polaroid camera’s Polaroiding so that you can remember your models and what they will be wearing will be provide by you the designers.
Helping "Haiti" FASHION SHOW (JUNE 26th)
THE FASHION SHOW WILL BE HELD AT THE RENAISSANCE HOTEL
LOCATED 1617 S.E. 17TH STREET IN FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33316
JUNE 26, 2010 AT 6 O'CLOCK PM.
TICKETS WILL BE $20 FOR ADULTS
AND $10 FOR CHILDREN.
We also will Have an "After Party" Hosted by our Sponsor
Quaterdeck Resaurant at thier wonderful Resaurant
(Following after Event)
DESIGNERS, MODELS, MAKE-UP ARTIST, AND HAIR STYLIST ARE OF COURSE FREE
BUT EVERYONE ELSE MUST PAY.
ALL DESIGNERS, MODELS, MAKE-UP ARTISTS, AND HAIR STYLIST
MUST BE AT THE HOTEL FIVE HOURS BEFORE THE SHOW STARTS.
